hey...this came out pretty good!...and like you said...it's practice. The rocks look great, and for the future...try a blend of 2 textures (or 1 texture used twice with 2 different y and z numbers)...plus a thin layer of smooth dirt, just to add a little variety. I would also place the camera much lower near the water, and up the opacity a bit...just to keep the tiles from showing too much. That's my thoughts anyway The lighting/shadows look good here...
Thanks for the critic. Yea, I still have alot alot to learn and I really screwed up the right side. A quick question, how do you make the textures "Seemless" as you mentioned in one of your tutorials? I tried to use some of the larger textures but the diffrence between each tile was quite large.
