Speed Space by Superiorgamer Speed Space by Superiorgamer
Well, I was too busy to create something with a nice and flow look. You need an extra hour or 2 to get the great feel that I wanted except i'm in college now so I'll have time for is this.... atleast today.

Used this as a reference sorta, [link]

This was to get abit of practice with using space brushes (which made the result look terrible) in adition to messing around with composition and planet shadows.

Wasn't sure if I should even post this :P

Space is an awinspiring arena. One thing that bothers me about how people view space is when ever they talk about revolutions they mention how heliocentrism means Earth is not the center of the Universe. It annoys me how they can't tell the difference between the Solar System and the Universe. Assuming the known universe is all there is you would have to call the Solar System the Yoctoverse instead of the Universe (Yocto meaning septillionth) because there are at least a few hundred sexstillion stars and the Sun is just one, so if they want to use 'verse' so bad then use Yoctoverse. Our galaxy being a Universe according to the early 20th century would likewise be the Picoverse, even clusters would be the Nanoverse. No offense but people who don't know this or the rough layout of the universe would not be ready for a Multiverse, Gigaverse, Exaverse, Yattoverse or Omniverse assuming there even are other Universes. Nothing wrong with learning more, these are all amazing subjects to think about but thanks you for taking the time to make this, you are an inspiration to many space admirers.

I love the colours and sense of space o: Also I think the brushes worked out good, I didn't even know you could get space brushes! xD But yeah the main thing I love about this is the clashing of what seems like 2 sides, and how even though it's around the same planet the 2 atmospheres seem totally different. I dunno, I don't know how to explain what I mean xD

Looks really cool :) I love the color transition :D

There are only two thigs that bug me about it though :

The mysterious shadow that the two small planets/ moons drop on space (?!)... makes them look out of place.

And the text below the picture... kind of... takes too much of the viewer attention, so kind of better without it.

(no offense meant :) just trying to give honest and constructive criticism )

This looks really good for only 40 minutes. You mention space brushes, mind elaborating? I've never heard of such a thing. I can tell you are good at this, mind going to my profile and giving a beginner some tips?
